The Kohatians Association was formally registered in 2025 following years of sustained effort by alumni who believed the association needed to become more transparent, more inclusive, and more accountable to the wider fraternity it claims to represent.
For years, elections were conducted by show of hands at physical gatherings — a process that excluded the vast majority of our global community. These elections change that. For the first time, every registered Kohatian worldwide will vote online, on equal terms, for the leadership of their association.
The KA cabinet was formed with one mandate: to hold transparent, free, and fair elections. That mandate ends on 31 May. What begins then belongs to all of us.
Visit kohatiansassociation.com and click Register. It takes approximately two minutes. You will need your kit number to complete registration.
Try logging in using your kit number as both your username and password. If that does not work, use the password reset option. If you are still unable to access your account, contact us and we will assist.
When creating a new account, use a password that does not contain any zeros (0). This is a current system requirement.
Yes. Voting is entirely online. Any registered member, anywhere in the world, can vote during the voting window on 30–31 May.
You may nominate yourself for any executive role. Nominations close on 1 May. Download the relevant form above and submit before the deadline.
Candidates for President must stand as part of a full panel, meaning the President and their proposed executive team submit nominations together as a group.
