To foster a strong, united, and engaged Kohatian community across the United States by enhancing communication, building lasting connections, and promoting active participation in chapter activities.
 
*Key Objectives:*

• Organise quarterly get-togethers and networking events in major cities to strengthen alumni bonds.
• Launch mentorship programs to connect senior Kohatians with younger members for career guidance and support.
*2. Digital Integration:*
• Improve the chapter’s online presence through regular updates, social media engagement, and a dedicated mobile app.
• Promote the use of KA’s eVoting and donation platforms, ensuring transparency and ease of participation.
*3. Youth & Inclusivity:*
• Encourage more participation from younger alumni by creating specific sub-groups catering to their interests.
• Ensure that every member, regardless of location or entry, feels included and valued in the chapter.

To bring transparency, accountability, and innovation to the US Chapter while staying true to the values of Cadet College Kohat.

• Regularly publish financial reports and meeting minutes to keep members informed.
• Introduce a grievance redressal mechanism to ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly.
*2. Support & Welfare:*
• Establish a welfare fund to support Kohatians in need, especially those pursuing higher education or facing medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with other regional chapters to create a cross-chapter support system.
*3. Professional Development:*
• Partner with industry professionals to host webinars and career fairs.
• Create a job board and resume bank for Kohatians seeking new opportunities.
